It explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information, as well as your rights to access, correct, or delete such information.
2.2 Third-Party Platforms. The Service operates on and may link to Third-Party Platforms. These platforms have their own privacy policies, which govern their data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Third-Party Platforms, and you should review their policies before interacting with them or their content.
2.3 Global Applicability. This Policy is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European Union residents and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. The types of information we collect include:
3.1 Platform-Related Data. To provide the Service’s functionality on a Third-Party Platform, we may collect the following data:
- Community or Server IDs: To enable specific customizations and settings.
- Channel IDs: To route messages and deliver responses to the appropriate channels.
- User IDs: To support user-specific features and personalized interactions.
- Command Context Data: Temporary data used to process commands, including who initiated the command, the channel, and command arguments. This data is not stored persistently.
- Opt-in Message Data: When you use chatbot features, your message content and attachments may be stored for processing and to enable the functionality of that feature.
3.2 Non-Use for AI Training: We do not use data from any Third-Party Platform, including message contents or profile data, to train our artificial intelligence models, in compliance with the developer terms of such platforms.
3.3 User Content. We collect Content you upload or submit to the Service to provide the requested functionality. We assume you have the necessary rights to upload such Content, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
3.4 AI-Generated Content. Content generated by the Service’s AI in response to your prompts is stored by default for historical availability. You may request deletion of this Content as described in Section 8.
3.5 Referral Program Data. For our referral program, referrals are recognized only when a user adds the Service through a referral-specific OAuth link. No referral tracking persists beyond this single transaction, and no identifiable referral data is retained unless you explicitly opt in to participate in future rewards programs.
3.6 Website Usage Data. When you visit our official websites, we may collect non-personally identifiable information, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for analytics and site improvement.
3.7 Voluntary Submissions. If you contact us via our support channels, we collect the information you provide, such as your username or email address, to respond to your inquiry.
3.8 No Sensitive Personal Data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive Personal Data unless voluntarily provided by you in User Content.
4. How We Use Information

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We may share information as follows:
- With Third-Party Platforms: As the Service operates on such platforms, certain data is processed through their servers, subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers for hosting, storage, and AI inference. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, we will comply with the developer terms of the relevant Third-Party Platform, which may require the deletion of platform-related data rather than its transfer. Any such event will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for website functionality and may use opt-in analytics cookies to collect aggregated, anonymized data. Our referral program does not use cookies for tracking. For users in relevant jurisdictions, we provide a cookie management tool to control your consent for non-essential cookies.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure storage, strict access controls, and regular security updates. However, no system is completely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Your Data Rights

9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service or until you request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Command context data is not stored persistently and is deleted immediately after processing.
10. International Data Transfers
The Service is accessible worldwide, and your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. For users in the EU/EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
